How to take Respiration Rate
Count the number of breaths (chest rises) in 30 seconds then x2
How to do Blood Pressure
- Cuff arm
- Arow pointing down the brachial artery
- Then feel for a pulse on the wrist.
- Make sure screw is tight
- Start pumping slowly until can’t feel pulse
- Add 30 onto the number
- Pump up to that number
- listen to first beat and last
How to take Pulse rate
count the number of beats in 30 x2
