What is instrumental power?
A
Having authority. When somebody has power because of who they are (and most likely their job lets be real here)

What’s influential power?
A
Is when the Person does not have power and they are trying to gain influence over you, an example would be an advertisement as they are trying to gain power over you to buy their product.
They have power because people listen to them not because people HAVE to listen to them.
