Meeting a stone being in the heart Meditation.
A
1. Sit down and relax holding the stone. Put all sensory attention on the stone. Look at its color, shape and detail. Feel it’s texture. Smell it. Listen to it.
- Bring your attention to chest, heart level.
Hold stone in 2 cupped hands a few inches from mouth.
Inhale air over the stone and into lungs, inviting the stone being into your heart.
Exhale, offering yourself to the stone being, letting it know u are available for relationship. - Do step 2. 3-10 times subtly. Don’t try, just allow. When u feel ready, hold the stone against chest.
Picture the stones image responding to your invitation and moving into chest
settling in your heart.
Greet it from your heart and thank it for coming to u.
