Q

What is RROM

A

Place joint at midrange
Apply a gentle over pressure and get the athlete to match your resistance
Intrinsic
Then assess RROM at beginning and end of range

Q

What is the oxford scale and what’re the differences between contractions 0-5

A

0/5 is no contraction
1/5 is visible muscle contraction but no movement
2/5 is movement with gravity eliminated
3/5 is movement with gravity only
4/5 is movement with gravity and some resistance
5/5 is movement against gravity with full resistance
