What are the physical assessment techniques?
A
IPPA
Inspection - visual examination (colour, weight, hygiene, symmetry of body)
Palpation - examination using touch (temp, texture, vibration, pulsation, pain (pressure))
Percussion - act of striking skins surface to elicit sound/ vibration to be felt
Auscultation - listening to sound produced within the body
