Yes, we understand that international travel schedules can vary. While our standard check-in time applies, we do offer flexible check-in options, including early check-in based on availability or access to the special lounge (Nu Skin Lounge) so that they can relax and rest there.

We will also give them access to the spa areas so they can shower to refresh or go for massages. The spa access and massages are included in the package so there will be no extra charge, as long as they bring their lanyards with them.

Additionally as mentioned in our proposal and site inspection, we will have 3 counters will be set up for Nu Skin guests to ensure a more seamless check-in process.

We will also be offerring guests a refreshing welcome drink (Lime and Pandan Blend) specially curated for this event and will be available exclusively for Nu Skin attendees throughout their stay with us.

Orders for iftar can be placed before 6:00 PM for timely delivery at sunset (around 7:00 PM). For those attending events, halal-certified options will be clearly labelled and available at gala dinner and networking sessions. All Ramadan event menus will feature halal-certified dishes prepared by our expert culinary team, ensuring inclusivity and confidence for our Muslim diners. Of course we can’t leave out the iconic infinity pool which is the perfect location for a luxurious wellness retreat in Singapore. we also have a heated outdoor jacuzzi as well.
