Marina Bay Sands Singapore is delighted to propose a comprehensive package for
Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. to reward its top-performing brand directors and
ambassadors.
We offer luxurious accommodations, versatile event spaces, and
bespoke catering for a seamless and memorable experience.
In collaboration with
Experience Designers (ED) Pte Ltd, we can integrate transportation, meals,
sightseeing, and a Spouse Programme into the itinerary.
With a focus on
sustainability and personalised touches like curated local experiences and wellness activities, we aim to align with Nu Skin’s values and create an exceptional setting for recognition, networking, and celebration.
Purpose
Nu Skin will host a corporate incentive trip in Singapore to reward top Brand
Directors from Southeast Asia and the Pacific, and key executives from the USA.
The trip celebrates achievements, shares best practices, and introduces new
incentive schemes through a full-day workshop.
This proposal highlights how MBS can provide exceptional accommodations and services, making it the perfect venue for this prestigious event.
Our Company and Experience (MBS)
Opened in 2010, MBS is an iconic destination offering world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment.
With over 1,800 rooms, the world’s largest rooftop infinity pool,
and breathtaking city views, it also boasts 250 meeting rooms and 24 customizable
ballrooms at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
Our team ensures seamless
execution with expert setup, AV support, and tailored menus.

1 Rooms (pt1 - utilities)
With a panoramic City View, the accommodations are arranged to offer luxury for each guest’s needs.
A Nespresso coffee machine, bespoke cabinets stocked with artisanal teas, international wines, and gourmet snacks, and spa-inspired bathrooms
with rain showers and double vanities, are among the features of each Premier
Collection room.
The brands, Simmons and Sealy, used for the beds, enhance guests’ comfort.

1 Rooms (pt2 - personalised kits)
A personalised welcome kit featuring local treats and the latest exclusive Nu Skin beauty and wellness products enhances brand visibility and engagement.
Engaging these products directly will allow Nu Skin’s brand ambassadors to experience their tangible benefits in a luxurious setting.
The kit includes a personalised lanyard name tag with a unique QR code that attendees can link their information to and is accessible to anyone who scans the QR code. This nametag will also be used to register their attendance for the Gala night and grant them special access to other facilities within the hotel and attractions.
Silk pyjamas are also provided to further elevate the experience. We’re excited to gift our Muslim guests prayer mats, and two sets of dates each day for sahur and iftar, to make their Ramadan experience more special.

The executive team will stay in the Sands Premier Studios, featuring king-sized
beds, floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views, and smart technology for
convenience.
The stylish living area is perfect for relaxation or informal discussions,
while the spa-inspired bathrooms provide a luxurious retreat. Exclusive access to the Club adds an extra touch of sophistication.
Mr. Rapatsith Sasinonpakor and his family will enjoy two connecting City View
Premier Twin Rooms with stunning eastern views, along with a reserved adjoining room for their caregiver, ensuring privacy and convenience.
The management team, including Nu Skin’s COO and partners, will stay in Premier Rooms designed for both work and relaxation, featuring ergonomic workstations and access to exclusive
lounges. Senior brand directors will be accommodated in twin or double rooms,
thoughtfully arranged to encourage networking and collaboration in modern,
comfortable spaces with premium amenities.

2 Transportation
MBS offers convenient transportation options, including taxis, public buses, and
trains, all easily accessible around. For premium services, hotel limousines like
Mercedes are available. The Mass Rapid Transit provides quick and easy
connections to multiple areas, enhancing guest accessibility

3 Dining (pt1)
Guests can feast on a variety of cuisines prepared by the chefs from Rise
Restaurant, offering diverse dining options catering to everyone. They can prepare a plethora of food options, from different types of pastries to hot food such as Laksa and live stations where chefs cook the food according to guests’ preferences.
All food packaging used during the event will be recyclable or compostable, in line
with MBS’s commitment to sustainability. Additionally, we will use standard dining
ware and cutlery that are reusable.
At MBS, we are dedicated to providing a specially curated experience for our Muslim guests during Ramadan, with dining services designed to honour their fasting practices with convenience and exceptional cuisine.

3 Dining (pt2 - muslims)
Guests can place sahur orders through room service between 9:00 PM and
midnight, with meals freshly delivered between 4:00 AM and 4:30 AM to
accommodate Fajr prayer.
Orders for iftar can be placed before 6:00 PM for timely delivery at sunset (around
7:00 PM). For those attending events, halal-certified options will be clearly labelled and available at gala dinner and networking sessions.
All Ramadan event menus will feature halal-certified dishes prepared by our expert culinary team, ensuring inclusivity and confidence for our Muslim diners.
Other dining options like the famous Wakuda restaurant, and Ce La Vi, which provides halal meals upon request, are also available.

4 Facilities
MBS offers a range of exceptional facilities to enhance the guest experience. Our Infinity Pool, the world’s largest rooftop infinity pool, provides stunning views of Singapore’s skyline from 57 levels above, while the Fitness Centre at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, open 24 hours, features state-of-the-art equipment
and a Synergy 360 system.
Guests can also enjoy the SkyPark Observation Deck for panoramic city views and relax with wellness programs like yoga and group exercises at SkyPark. For ultimate privacy, an exclusive lounge area will be available.
Additionally, Nu Skin attendees
will receive priority access to attractions like the ArtScience Museum and SkyPark,
ensuring a seamless, memorable stay. We are dedicated to making their experience with us as easy and smooth as possible.
The same lanyard will also allow them easy entry to Gardens by the Bay, where they can explore the stunning Supertrees and the peaceful Cloud Forest. Everything will be organised so that they can focus on enjoying their time without worrying.

1 Half-day meeting (25 mar 8am-12pm)
Our Sarca Ballroom 3900C on level 3 at MBS perfectly suits this meeting, providing a private environment ideal for executive discussions. Equipped with state-of-the-art AV technology, including high-definition projection screens, wireless microphones, and high-speed Wi-Fi to support presentations and seamless communication.
We’ll set up a live kitchen station in Saraca Ballroom 3900B, where we will invite chefs from Rise Restaurant to prepare Singapore’s iconic local delights fresh for your guests, adding a unique touch to their experience. Throughout the meeting, our catering team will provide premium coffee and tea service, complemented by a mid-morning tea break with gourmet halal-certified and vegetarian options to suit all dietary needs.
Our dedicated event planners and technical support team will ensure everything runs seamlessly, delivering an exceptional and memorable event.

2 Full-day Workshop (26 March, 8.30 am - 5 pm)
For the full-day workshop, we recommend hosting the main session in our Begonia Ballroom 3002, which comfortably accommodates up to 180 attendees, arranged in a cabaret-style seating plan to enhance engagement and facilitate collaboration during the training and talks.
We would like to offer Angsana Meeting rooms 3A, B and C for the breakout sessions. The space and layout of our ballrooms and meeting rooms will allow for focused discussions and collaborative learning among the different groups.
For lunch and two tea breaks, MBS will provide buffet-style meals with Halal options for 32 participants and vegetarian options for the 28 attendees.
This format promotes mingling while ensuring efficient service. To enhance networking, we propose a live station where attendees can experience Nu Skin’s latest products and they can use their custom nametags for easy contact sharing and follow-up conversations.

3 Gala Night (pt1)
We recommend the Melati Ballroom for the Gala Dinner on 27th March, offering a spacious setting for up to 350 guests. With 187 attendees and food stations, it also provides ample room for performances and networking, ensuring a memorable event.
Theme and Decoration: Lumen Astralis
The theme Lumen Astralis invites guests to step into the world of the Starry Night,
setting the stage for an enchanting night inspired by the beauty of the painting.
Guests are to dress according to their interpretation of this iconic masterpiece. The theme was chosen to celebrate Nu Skin’s top-performing brand directors and executives, honouring them as stars just as cherished and admired as this artwork.
We will create an immersive experience by projecting Van Gogh’s The Starry Night
onto the walls, complemented by blue and white fairy lights, LED stars, gold picture frames, and sunflowers suspended from the ceiling. Digital screens will display Nu Skin’s latest products, while pearl white banquet chairs with royal blue and gold
sashes, along with dark blue tablecloths, reflect the celestial theme. A top-of-the-line stage with lighting and digital screens will host the awards ceremony and JJ Lin’s acoustic performance, featuring a virtual backdrop inspired by The Starry Night.

3 Gala Night (pt2 - gala night outline)
The evening will start with Sonia Chew, our gala night emcee, welcoming everyone with her vibrant energy. As one of Singapore’s most recognised media personalities, Sonia brings a modern, energetic, and professional style to the event, ensuring a seamless flow and an engaging atmosphere. Her experience in hosting high-profile corporate events makes her the ideal choice to set the tone for the evening and captivate an international audience.
Following the CEO’s opening speech, one of Nu Skin’s top earners will share a success story with live English interpretation.
Recognising that our guests are from diverse Southeast Asian countries, we have curated an International Menu. Picture yourself at a live station, watching chefs prepare sushi, sashimi, or tempura right before your eyes. For those with dietary preferences, we also have vegetarian and halal options curated by Michelin-starred chefs from Marina Bay Sands. Here’s a sample of the menu for you to get a taste of what’s in store.
As dinner is served, screens around the room will showcase Nu Skin’s success stories. Afterwards, JJ Lin, one of our international stars that’s from Singapore, will take the stage for a 6-track acoustic performance featuring his greatest hits as well as English songs.We chose JJ Lin for his ability to connect with audiences across Asia through his soulful music and bilingual repertoire. He bridges cultural and linguistic gaps, making him the perfect performer for Nu Skin’s diverse group. His performance will inspire and resonate with Nu Skin’s diverse guests, creating a truly inclusive and memorable experience.
To end the evening on a high note, we’ve reserved the iconic SkyPark exclusively for Nu Skin. Guests can network under Singapore’s dazzling night sky, sipping on cocktails, and enjoying a custom drone light show spelling out ‘Welcome Nu Skin.’ For those who wish to continue the celebration, the SkyPark offers an Instagram-worthy afterparty experience. Of course, this is entirely optional so guests are welcome to either unwind in the comfort of their hotel rooms or head up to the last level of the hotel to join us on the rooftop to end the night in style.

Recognising that our guests are from different Southeast Asia countries, we decided on an International Menu featuring a variety of cuisines including local food and drinks.
We have sushi, sashimi and tempura live stations as well as vegetarian and
halal food options available. The menus are specially curated from various
restaurants in MBS with award-winning restaurants’ Michelin Star chefs.
