   Buccal midazolam, rectal diazepam or IV lorazepam
   High flow O2
4. Max 2 doses
5. If doesn’t abate then IV phenobarbital or phenytoin.
   Give glucose
6. If over 30 minutes - call anaesthetist and ITU
