Child Abuse

d) serious physical neglect by a perpetrator constitution prolonged or repeated lack of supervision of the failure to provide the essentials of life, including medical care, endangers a child’s life or development or impairs the child’s functioning

Serious mental injury
A psychological condition as diagnosed by physician or licensed psychologist, including the refusal of appropriate treatment:
A) renders a Child chronically and severely anxious, agitated, depressed, socially withdrawn, psychotic, or in reasonable FEAR that child’s life is threatened
B) seriously interferes with a CHILDS ability to accomplish age-appropriate developmental and social tasks
Serious physical injury
Injury that causes a CHILD severe pain or significantly impairs a child’s physical functioning, either temporarily or permanently.
Sexual abuse or exploitation
The employment, use, persuasion, inducement, enticement or coercion of a CHILD to engage in explicit conduct OR a simulation if sexually explicit conduct for the purposes of producing a visual depiction - photo video
