Powers not specifically listed, but are granted to the president to expend his/her powers

Delegated Powers (Congress)
power to coin money, to regulate commerce, to declare war, to raise and maintain armed forces, and to establish a Post Office
Reserved Powers
Delegated by the 10th amendment for only the states and people
EX. Policing, hospital, education, bars, restaurants, adoption
Exclusive Powers
Delegated from the Constitution to the federal government alone
EX. Declaring war
Concurrent Powers
Delegated to both state and national governments
EX. Taxation, roadways, courts, borrow money
