S19 Power of Seizure under PACE?
This power is the power to seize items when on the premises when suspected that they have been obtained in commission with an offence

S22 Power to retain
This is the power officers have to seize items for the investigation or Power to retain
- Use as an exhibit
- Forensic Exhibit
- Establish ownership if stolen
S165A Road Traffic act
Seize vehicle for no insurance or valid certificate or license.
This means an officer had reasonable grounds to believe that the driver was uninsured or was not driving in accordance with their driving licence.
S59 Police Reform Act
These powers allow an officer to seize and remove a vehicle, which he or she believes is being driven inconsiderately or carelessly and causing, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress or annoyance to members of the public.
Proceeds of crime act 2002?
If lawfully on premises you can search for CASH if you have reason to believe and grounds to suspect
1. Recoverable property intended for use in lawful conduct
2. The amount Is above the minimum (currently £1k)
Digital Seizure
The constable may require any information which is contained in a computer and is accessible from the premises to be produced in a form in which it can be taken away and in which it is visible and legible if he has reasonable grounds for believing—
(a)that—
(i)it is evidence in relation to an offence which he is investigating or any other offence ; or
(ii)it has been obtained in consequence of the commission of an offence ; and
(b)that it is necessary to do so in order to prevent it being concealed, lost, tampered with or destroyed.
