Hypervigilant to threats (shell shock)
Exagerated startle responses
Irritable

trauma focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT)

Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR)

Second line - paroxetine (SSRI) or mirtazepine (a2 = SNRI effects)
