ADLS
What ADLs should be assessed before discharge?
BE GD BTTMS – Bathing, Eating, Grooming, Dressing, Bowel/Bladder control, Toilet use, Transfers (bed to chair and back), Mobility on level
surfaces, Stairs
SHAFT: Shopping, Housework, Accounting (LPA? If in care home, do you pay, or do arrangements need to be made?), Food and medication prep, Transportation (outside of home)
