Post Incident Analysis
To review departmental operations at the scene of emergencies by evaluating personal actions and operational procedures employed in mitigating emergency
PIA
This basic review show include the conditions present actions taken and the effect of the conditions and actions on the safety and health of members
PIA
IC should complete PIA summary sheet and forward to the assistant Fire Chief of ERD. Company officers, division or group supervisors should assist IC with pertinent details.
Assistant Fire Chief of ERD shall distribute info to all members as needed for review
