• position pt supine
• facilitate rapid transport
• provid warmth

• IV during transport
• correct hypo-perfusion-hypotension BP <90
  
  • Fluid challenge if no pulmonary edema
  • NS up to 2L - reassess blood pressure and lungs every 500cc - target 90 systolic
