A

Engagement is an experience in which someone fully deploys their skills, strengths, and attention for a challenging task. Engagement is all about being totally absorbed by a present task where time and self-consciousness seem to cease.

A

Relationships are an important part of well-being. Those who maintain strong positive relationships are generally happier in life.
