• FV will be committed against a person
• A child will be exposed to FV committed by or against a person whom the child is in a family relationship and;
• Making of a police order is necessary to ensure safety of a person

A Police Officer is to:

• Make application for a FVRO
• Make a Police Order, or
• A written record of the reasons that neither action was taken.
