The mainline was electrified and journey times were reduced e.g. Huntington is 50 mins from kings cross

There is resistance to overhousing from local residents as they don’t want the newly chosen environment to be changed
The developers are encouraged to make buildings blend in with the area, any development must make a positive contribution to the area
