HOUSE MARG( below $15)
1.5 oz well tequila
0.75 oz triple sec
2 oz house sour mix
Salt half rim of BUCKET glass unless specified no salt
Shake/ dump into glass/ add ice
Garnish with lime wedge on pick
MARGARITA ($15 or above)
1.5 oz specified tequila
1 oz lime juice
0.5 oz agave
0.5 triple sec
Salt half rim of BUCKET glass unless specified no salt
Shake/dump into glass/ add ice
Garnish with lime wedge on pick
SPICY HOUSE MARG OR SPICY SKINNY
Sub jalapeño infused tequila Add one jalapeño coin to shaker (DO NOT MUDDLE IN GLASS) tajin half rim on BUCKET OR ROCKS glass Shake/ dump into glass/ add ice Garnish with on jalapeño coin
- if called for a specific tequila, to make spicy muddle two jalapeño coins in shaker and follow the proper directions
MOJITO
1.5 oz well cane rum
0.75 oz lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
8-10 mint leaves
2.0 oz soda water
In a shaker, add lime, mint and simple
With muddled GENTLY press mint to release aromatics
Add rum and one scoop of crushed ice
Gently shake contents/ dump into COLLINS glass
Add roughly 2.0 oz of soda water and top with crushed ice
Garnish with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a mint leaf
OLD FASHIONED
2.0 oz of specified whiskey( default to Makers Mark if not specified)
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
BUILD over big ice cube in a ROCKS glass
Stir for 5 seconds in glass
Garnish with an orange peel
MANHATTAN
2.5 oz of called bourbon or rye
1.0 oz sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
In a pint glass add ingredients and ice
Stir for 15 to 20 seconds
Strain into COUPE glass
Garnish with one cherry on a pick
COSMO
- 5 oz well vodka
- 75 oz cranberry juice
- 5 oz lime juice
- 5 oz triple sec
- 25 oz simple syrup
Add ingredients to shaker/shake/ strain into COUPE glass
Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel
MAI-TAI
- 5 oz well rum
- 75 oz lime juice
- 5 oz Giffard Orgeat
- 5 oz Gran Mariner
Add ingredients to shaker/shake with regular ice
Strain into COLLINS glass with CRUSHED ice
Top off with crushed ice if needed
Garnish with a picked cherry pierced through a dehydrated lime
GREEN TEA SHOT
- 5 oz well whiskey
- 5 oz peach schnapps
- 0 oz house sour mix
Add ingredients to shaker/ shake/ strain into shot glass
KODAS LEMON DROP
1.5 oz Smirnoff Vanilla vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz REAL strawberry purée
Add ingredients to shaker / shake with ice
Strain into sugar rim COUPE glass
Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel
KODA OTHER DRINK
1.5 oz Smirnoff vanilla vodka
1 oz guava juice
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Add ingredients to shaker/ shake with ice
Strain into sugar rim COUPE
Garnish with whatever you like
BLOODY MARY
1.5 oz absolut vodka
0.5 oz lime juice
0.25 oz Worcestershire sauce
1 small squirt of sriracha
Salt rim of mason jar and add REG ice
Add ingredients to glass and top with Zing Zang mix
Garnish with lemon,lime, and olive on skewer and a piece of bacon in mason jar
Espresso Martini
- 5 oz Smirnoff Vanilla vodka
- 75 Patron XO CAFE
- 5 oz Brady’s Irish cream
- 5 oz Cold brew coffee
Shaken/strain into COULE glass
Garnish with 4 coffee beans
OLD ESPRESSO MARTINI
- 5 oz Patron XO
- 75 oz cafe borghetti
- 5 oz Brady’s Irish cream
- 5 oz cold brew
Shaken/strain into COUPE glass
Garnish with 3 coffee beans
