- 75 oz Brady’s
Add cold brew cube to BUCKET glass
Pour all ingredients into bucket glass with cube
Top with more cold brew
ROSE SANGRIA
- 5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 0 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0 oz Guava Juice
- 25 oz Simple Syrup
Add crushed iced in WINE glass
Pour ingredients on top of ice into glass
Top with Charles & Charles Rose wine
Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel
ARCADIA GREYHOUND
1.5 oz Effen Vodka
3 oz grapefruit juice
Add crushed ice in COLLINS glass
Pour all ingredients on top of ice in glass
Garnish with a grapefruit peel or quarter
WATERMELON MULE
- 5 oz Absolut watermelon vodka
- 5 oz lime juice
- 25 oz simple syrup
Add crushed ice to MULE cup
Pour all ingredients on top of ice in cup
Top with ginger beer
Garnish with a lime wedge
LA PALOMA
1.5 oz of Altos Blanco Tequila
0.75 oz Lavender/Chamomile syrup
0.5 oz Lemon juice
TOP with Jarritos GF soda
BUILT IN GLASS
add crushed ice to snifter glass
Pour all ingredients on top of ice
Garnish with quarter moon grapefruit slice
MANGO TANGO
- 5 oz of Jalapeño infused Bacardi
- 75 oz REAL mango syrup
- 75 oz lime juice
Tajin rim half the WINE glass Add crushed ice to wine glass Pour all ingredients (AFTER SHAKING) on top of ice in wine glass Top with soda Garnish with 2 jalapeño slices
SKINNY MARG
- 5 oz Corazon Blanco Tequila
- 75 oz of lime juice
- 5 oz Agave Nectar
Shake/ strain all ingredients into-
Half salt rim and add regular ice to ROCKS glass
Top with soda
Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel
SPA WATER
- 75 oz SPA WATER BATCH
- 5 oz lime juice
Add all ingredients to shaker Shake and strain into COLLINS glass Add regular ice Top with soda Garnish with rolled cucumber strip
DUSK TILL DAWN
2.5 oz DUSK TILL DAWN BATCH
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash Scrappys cardamom bitters
Add ingredients to ROCKS glass with big ice cube
Stir for 5 seconds
Garnish with a Bordeaux cherry on a pick
GEORGIA BORDER
1.5 oz Cinnamon infused Tres Gen Resposado Tequila
0.75 oz REAL peach purée
0.5 oz lemon juice
2 dashes Scrappys Firewater bitters
Rim BUCKET glass with cinnamon sugar blend
Add all ingredients besides Prosecco to shaker
Shake and strain into BUCKET glass
Add ice ?
Finish with Prosecco
Garnish with star anise
