A
  • Pruritic, erythematous papules located within the abdominal striae
  • Periumbilical sparing
  • It progresses to the trunk and extremities
  • Sparing of the palms and soles in the majority of cases
  • Does not affect the face
  • The lesions can coalesce to form plaques or wheals, often resembling target lesions
  • Most of the time it resolves within 4–6 weeks from the time of onset
