• Itching and secondary skin changes as a result of pruritus
• 0.7 % incidence in caucasians
• 1.2–1.5% of women of Indian–Asian or Pakistani–Asian origin
• Most severe at night and mainly affects the hands, feet and pressure sites
• Urso 15 mg/kg a day as a single dose or in two divided doses
