psoriatic arthrits
oligoarthritis assymetircal (RA is usually symmetrical- not EXACT same joints but the same groups)
usually have psoriasis
extra articular features
tendinoapthies? (Golfer selbow, eye inflammation, IBS)
urgent referral criteria
> 6 weeks painful, stiff, swollen inflammatory arthritis
standard management for inflammatory rheumatic disease
- rescue: analgesia (NSAIDs, steroids)
- long term: conventional DMARD, biological DMARD
- monitor: infusions past 6 months.

mono: (crysal)
oligo: psoriatic
poly: RA
SpA: spondyloarthropathy
rheumatology systemic enquiry
RA: raynauds, inflammatory eye disease, vasculitis rash
lupus:
raynards, motuh ulcers, clump alopecia, obstetric catastrophe, venothromboembolic disease
psoriatic arthritis: psoriasi, inflammatory eye disease, dactylics, plantar fasciitis, inflammatory spine, buttock symptoms, fox, colitis
