Political weaknesses of the Weimar Republic

• Defense Minister ordered them to disband in Kapp Putsch 1920 but General Lüttwitz refused and was arrested = Freikorps were going against government sometimes (rebellious)
• army made War harder to win for Germany because of some military mistakes which created more opposition for left to fight back (Spartacists and workers)
