what are two negative evaluative points about political globalisation?
1) its not as advanced as cultural and economic globalisation as most of the political globalisation relies heavily on intergovernmentalism
2) there is emerging levels of global governance there is little progress towards it or the desired world government due to the importance of state sovereignty
