Durable

Non-expendable - requires formal property book accountability throughout its life cycle
Durable - doesn’t have to be on the property book (but can) it requires accountability and controls when issued. (items you expect back for reissue) between $300-$2500 not consumed in use
Expendable - considered consumed after issue so no formal accounting is required after issue to the user
