What is the difference between Personal Clothing and Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment
A
Personal Clothing is generally part of your initial clothing allowance issued to every enlisted service member in basic training
Most Initial Clothing Allowance authorizations can be found in CTA 50-900 Table 1 (Makes) Table 2 (Females)
OCIE is a standardized list of equipment or protective clothing for a unit or organizations needs. Authorized by CTA 50-900 Table 4 for Most OCIE and CTA 50-970 for things like IOTV and Molle Gear
