If guest is under age 18, parent/ legal guardian has to be in the room for the entire session and a consent form must be signed. They may sit in room or receive a service also in the couples room, if its massage or stretch.

Bodywork performed in the gluteal region and abdomen is strictly prohibited for any minor under the age of 18, regardless if the parent/ legal guardian provided implied and informed consent

Minors under the age of 12 are not eligible to receive skin care services, unless the parent/ legal guardian provides a physicians note documenting the need for service. it is the estheticians responsibility to determine the appropriate customized or advanced skin care treatment protocol for the minor, keeping in mind the strength of Jan Marini, Obagi, and PCA products used.

Minors must always be scheduled with a therapist/ esthetician of the same gender; however parent/guardian may request and consent the opposite gender through written approval.

Guest must be asked during the booking process if they are considered high risk. If yes, they will need a dr note to receive the service.

the massage therapist must be a prenatal certified therapist.

Guest will be in a side lined position for the entire service, supported by comfortable pillows and bolsters. The guest will be flipped to their other side halfway through the service

The following services are not permitted for an expectant or nursing mother; 8
Backcial, Stretch, hot stone, chemical peel, all aromatherapies, enhanced muscle therapy, lavender scented exfoliating foot or hand treatment,
a microderm infusion treatment is permitted except the pore clarifying pro- infusion serum cannot be used.

Guests with past or present cancer history may receive massage therapy. They will need to fill out the required
forms before their session.

Though it is recommended (not required) that they see their doctor to approve the service.

It is crucial to inform your guest that while massage can be a beneficial and soothing experience throughout
this illness, they may feel nauseous during the service depending on their current treatments.
