A

“Every”-anaphora(all victims)

“Mind-forged manacles”-alliteration draws attention to metaphor(not held back physically but by their belief in their own weakness hold them back)

“Marks of weakness,marks of woe”-

Breaks down Iambic tetrameter(how revolution can break down the eltablishment

A

Chinmey-sweepers cry every blackening church appals-juxtaposition(church condones the poverty)

Hopless soldiers sigh runs in blood down the palace walls-symbolic metaphor(blood of aristocracy)

“Young harriot”-slang prostitute, young-early age. Sexual exploitation

“Blighte with plagues the marriage hearse”-juxtaposes the joy of marriage with the misery of death

Rhyme scheme ABAB-makes the whole thing very predicatable
