Prolonged recent URTI Pleuritic pain (innervated - can be reproduced c deep breaths/exercise) Productive cough Dyspnea Tachypnea Tachycardia Coughing during or immediately after eating (aspiration pneumonia) Fever Fatigue Generalized myalgias Cyanosis Abnormal breath sounds (crackles; wheezes)
