There are no discussions in scripture

Charismatic- taken into other denominations

refers to the unique role carried out by each member of the trinity
role is sanctification and the work of the divine program of the world

has a general role in Creation, restrains sin to some degree, and common grace
What are special operations of the Spirit?
originates, strengthens, and maintains life in the believer
salvation
What is the difference between the Reformed and Arminian type views of the general vs. special operations of the Spirit?
Reformed- salvation is strictly an operation of the HS
Arminian- salvation is closer to the common grace of God
How does the work of the Spirit relate to the work of Christ?
The Son taught the truth and the Spirit would cary out the ministry through inspiration
