Greek for air, wind or spirit and in technology it’s air

A
It is the study and use of compressed air for the control of light forces only.

What do pneumatic systems do?
A
Transmit force and movement over long and short distance with very little friction

What is the compressor?
A
It is a machine that compresses air and stores it in air tanks called receivers.

How does the compressor work?
A
•As more air is compressed, a build up occurs and pressure increases
•The compressed air is then pumped out with a force allowing work to be done and movement to be produced
