WHATS SAFETY?
Reduction and mitigation of unsafe acts within the health care system, and the use of best practices shown to lead to optimal patient outcomes.
• List and discuss potential hazards in clinical practice and discuss preventative measures.
Safe medication administration practices, avoid human error, near miss events, analyze mistakes, provide education, teamwork, communication, designs of the workplaces.
• Understands and applies fire safety as per policy. Agency fires-
