What is the look back for chlamydia
Males with urethral sx - 4 wks prior to onset sx
All others 6 months
Look back for GC
Male urethral sx - 2 weeks prior to sx
All others 3 months
Look back for LGV
Symptomatic 4 weeks prior to onset
Asymptomatic 3 months prior to detection
Look back for EO
As per chlamydia and GC if those detected
If not those then 6 months prior to sx and contact since
Look back for NSU
Sx attributable to urethritis 4 weeks prior to sx and all contacts since
Look back for PID
As per chlamydia and GC if detected
Otherwise 6 months prior to onset sx
Look back for lice phthirus pubis
All contacts since and 3 months prior to onset sx
Look back for scabies
All close contacts since and 2 months prior to onset sx
Look back for TV
4 weeks prior to presentation
Look back for primary syphilis
All contacts since and 3 months prior to onset sx
Look back for secondary and early latent syphilis
2 years prior
Contacts should have testing at 1st visit and then 6 wks and 3 months from last sexual contact
Look back for late latent syphilis
Since last negative result or if no previous test then may need to contact all partners and consider testing any children

Look back for chancroid haemophilus ducreyi
10 days prior to onset sx
Look back for donovanosis klebsiella granulomatis
