What is Plot
several basic events that form a whole narrative.

What is Conflicts
tension or struggle that drives a plot usually arises between the protagonist and antagonist in a story.

the conflict becomes clear and the main character starts to experience complications.
What is Climax
the point at which the story’s suspense emotions and tensions peak.
What is Suspense
Tenison to make plot more exciting. Created by artful delays and selective dissemination of information.
What is Comedy
the protagonists situation often improves.
What is Tragedy
The protagonists situation often worsens.
What is Falling Action?
the effects of what happens at the climax and the conflict comes to a point of resolution.
What is Denouement?
how conflict has reached a resolution and a sense of balance is restored.
What is Resolution?
the working out of a plot’s conflict following the climax.
What is in medias res?
in the middle of the action or just prior to an important event midway through overall story.
What is Flashbacks?
A narrator explains what had happened prior to the story’s beginning.
What is Foreshadowing?
to hint at events to come.
