Some major continents if were placed next to each other would join up perfectly e.g) South America and Africa.

It suggest that the tectonic plates are moving.
How does dating rocks support the theory of plate tectonics?
Some rocks may have been connected before and we know from how old the rocks are.
How do rocks and fossils support the theory of plate tectonics?
Fossils of the same species if animals were found in completely different continent. This suggests that these continents used to be connected.
