Thermoplastics:
Made of long chains of molecules that are attracted to each other which is called a van der waal force.
A thermoplastic can be reheated and reshaped many times without losing properties.
They are easily recovered and recycled

They are formed once and cannot be reheated and reshaped.
The molecule links are covalent bonding this creates a rigid molecular structure.
