What is in the executive summary?
- short but compelling
- who you are, what you want to do
- which market
- what you need
- what your providing
What is in the product/ service section?
- product or service from customer view
What is in the market section of business plan ?
- what is going on in current market / speed its happening ?
- current market trends
- competitors
What is in the marketing plan part of business plan?
- who are you targeting ?
- justify price
- which marketing stratergy
WHat is in the operational plan part of the business plan?
- day to day runnings business
- how you are going to reach customer
What is in the financial part or business plan?
- cash flow forecast for two years
What is in conclusion of business plan?
longer term plans (international )
What is a cash flow forecast?
- flow of money into and out of a business in a given period of time
What is the closing balance?
shows amount of cash in the business at the end of the month
Wahat is the cash inflows?
shows placings and timings from which cash flows into the business
What is the net cash flow?
shows the net effect for the month on cashflows
What is opening balance?
shows the amount of money the business had ay the start of the month
What is the cash outflows?
- shows how much cash leaves the business in each month
