Planning an agile Project Part 3 Flashcards
Planning your sprints
What is sprint planning?
B.P.D
Sprint planning is when the team scoops stories out of the product backlog and put them into the sprint. The product owner begins by going through the product backlog and presenting what they want done in the sprint.
Development decides what can be done(back and forth)
Planning your sprints
What are the are the sprint board options
sprint backlog works well if you want to keep track of what the team does over time. The challenge with the sprint backlog is that it’s sometimes tough for everyone of the team to collaborate on a ranked list of stories.
