Anatomical Position
-Body is facing forward
-Standing erect, holding arms at sides with palms of hands facing forward

A vertical plane that divides body into front and back
Transverse Plane
Horizontal plane is parallel to ground and divides body into top and bottom halves

Divides body down middle into equal left and right sides
