Black Truffle and Fontina Cheese Pizza
A portion of dough is topped with truffle sauce and fontina cheese. It’s baked crisp in our brick oven and garnished with a bit of frisee salad.

Pizza Dough: flour, water, yeast, salt.
Garnish: Fontina cheese, frisee lettuce, chives and house truffle vinaigrette.

Vegetable Pizza, Crushed Tomato
A portion of pizza is topped with tomato sauce, vegetables, and basil. It is cooked crisp and finished with chili flakes.

Tuna Wasabi Pizza, Carrot, Daikon, Ponzu
A portion of dough is topped with a spicy (wasabi) cheese mixture and sesame seeds. It’s baked crisp in our brick oven and topped with raw tuna, shiso, pickled ginger and julienne of carrot and daikon dressed with ponzu.

Wasabi Cheese: ricotta cheese, cream cheese, wasabi paste, lime juice, mirin, white wine, rice wine vinegar.
Ponzu: soy sauce, mirin and rice wine vinegar.

Garnish: sashimi grade tuna, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, pickled ginger, shiso, chives, carrot and daikon radish.
