What style of pizza do we offer?
Italian Napolitano style of pizza. Pizzas are baked in a gas of oven with a charcoal base at 850 degrees. The charcoal base helps give the pizza dough a smoky flavor along with a charred and burnt like appearance.

Key Notes: Lightly drizzle Balsamic Reduction on the pizza just before serving Arugula will wilt if it sits under the heat lamp, so don’t let it sit for too long.
Sicilian Sausage
Our sausage comes locally from Schreiner’s chophouse. Ingredients: Parmesan, Pork, Fennel, Basil, and red wine vinaigrette

What are the different types of Mozzarella we offer?
fresh mozzarella we make daily (used in the Caprese salad and the Margarita pizza)
Shredded “mozz mix”. Shredded block mozzarella with fontina cheese (used on the Bocca Trio, Spicy Pepperoni, and most Build Your Own pizzas)
Pizza sauce
Crushed San Marzano tomatoes and roasted with garlic and salt.
