Pregnancy, Stress: exercise seizure , primary hypothyroidism, PCOS, chronic renal failure, antipsychotics, SSRIs, opiates, anti emetics, high oestrogen
What is macroprolactin?
physiologically inactive form of prolactin
some laboratory assays will detect it as prolactin, leading to a falsely elevated prolactin result
