What is attraction?
Any force that causes objects to come together. The objects do not need to be touching each other
What are electric fields
An invisible force created by a charged particle/object which a force would be exerted on other charged particles/objects.
What is Electrostatic force?
What are magnet poles?
The region on each end of a magnet where a north or south external magnetic field is strongest
What is repulstion?
A force that separates two objects.
What is static electricity?
The result of an imbalance between negative and positive charges in an object.
What is a balanced force?
When one force cancels out the other force. An object that is not moving or is moving at a constant speed is balanced.
What is an unbalanced force?
When all the forces are different
What is gravity?
The force from the center of Earth that is pulling is down.
What is mass?
The weight of something
What is motion?
Movement
What is a Non-contact force?
A force that does not need contact to work.
What is speed?
How fast or slow something is.
What is terminal velocity?
The constant speed that a freely falling object gets to before it reaches the resistance where it cannot continue to accelerate.
