A

A

The coverage must be initially built through patient lists. Once built there, these providers will be available through selection in the message/Task coverage function.

What can a user designated as a manager of workgroup do.?

A

Designate which members of a workgroup can receive messages and tasks assigned to that workgroup. They can one or all users.

Bottom footer button that says “Manage Workgroups. This button is only available to assigned mangers

Each template as certain pre-built criteria that some can be changed by the user

A

Will be brought to the top of the template list.

A

A user has identified a template built in the template dictionary and saved it as a favorite by clicking on the transparent star

A

The user has defined their own message/Task criteria and used the save as favorite footer button within the create function.
