What 2 ways can the MD enter the message and task routine
- Through the physician Care module
2. Through the individual module after logging on.
What are messages?
They are like emails - for back and forth communications
What are tasks?
They are like to do lists with statuses
What statuses are on to-do lists?
Open, On Hold, & Completed.
If a communication item should only convey info and does not need to be managed afterwards Should it be a message or a task?
Message
If a communication should be tracked and eventually completed, should it be a task or a message?
A task
How can you view messages and tasks?
As one combined list or 2 separate lists.
Where do you set whether you want a split screen or one list
Parameter, Access, or user preferences
With the split view where would the user go to set how many rows will display.
Trough the gear icon
What is group by message or task type
In User preferences the md can decide if the same type of message or task can be grouped together under one header.
Can you group by message or type in both split view and in the combined view.
Yes
What does black check mark in the top left-hand corner do?
Brings up a menu where you can select or deselect similar items.
Is the check mark always available?
No, it is dynamic, options only display when it is available
What are some of the groups that you can check
Read, unread, priority
After making a choice with checks, how does the user determine the action to be taken on each item.
Click the more actions footer button
What are some of the “more actions” for checked items?
Mark as read/unread Move to old (messages only) Delete (messages only) Add/Remove tag Add/Remove Flag Assign a task
