How does a physician start documenting on a patient?
A
Go to the document routine in the EMR side panel

How does the physician see the list of available reports in Document routine?
A
Click on New.

How do you pull in the patients vitals from the last 24 hrs
A
Go to the vitals query and open up the MEditor

How do you dictate or type the patients general exam
A
Open exam query MEditor and either type or pull in canned text or use dragon.

If you want the patients last WBC values but dont want to close out the document.
A
Click on Laboratory panel of the EMR and right click on the the pts most recent WBC value.
