Plies in parallel and first, dropping shoulders, checking linearity in mirror

Improve muscle strength- planks, sit ups, press ups ect and increase amount. Core strength and good focus

Improve CORE STRENGTH through sut ups and increase amout each time.
Record yourself and watch back to identify weaker areas.
How to improve coordination
Breaking down movement phrases into diffeent parts of the body. Layer phrases once confident with each.
How to improve extension
Improve strength and flexibility in limbs for example, hamstring stretches increasing length of time of holding and weight training increasing weight over time. Record yourself and watch back to identify weaker areas.

Stretching when warm for example seated straddle, folded pike, deep lunges stretches. Increase the depth of stretch over time.

Improve strength and clarity in specific limbs/area of the body.

Improve core strength through sit ups and increase amount over time. Video performance to identify weaker areas.

Improve core strength through sit ups, planks and increase the amount each time. Lift through top of the head.

Improve cardiovascular fitness- running, jogging, circuit training. Increase duration each time.
