Individuals who are physically literate with confidence in a variety of physical activities in multiple environments that benefit the healthy development of a person.

What does Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model do?
Provides a seven-stage training, competition, and recovery pathway. And Takes into account the different developmental stages we undergo as children, adolescents, and adults.
What is stages 1 to the LTAD model?
Active Start ( 0-6 years)
What is stages 2 to the LTAD model?
Fundamentals ( girls 6-8, boys 6-9)
What is stages 3 to the LTAD model?
Learn to Train ( girls 8-11, boys 9-12)
What is stages 4 to the LTAD model?
Train to Train ( girls 11-15, boys 12-16)
What is stages 5 to the LTAD model?
Train to compete ( girls 15-21, boys 16-23)
What is stages 6 to the LTAD model?
Train to win ( girls 18+, boys 19+)
What is stages 7 to the LTAD model?
Active for Life (any age participant)
