Is how efficiently your heart, blood vessels, and lungs supply oxygen rich blood to working muscles during physical activity for a prolonged period of time.

This is a common measure of flexibility, and specifically measures the flexibility of the lower back and hamstring muscles.

The ability of the muscles to exert repeated muscular contraction against a resistance for a long period of time.
Muscular Endurance
Is the ability to react to the interval of time between the signal to respond(stimulus) and the beginning of the response.
Reaction time
The ability of the muscles to release maximum force in the shortest possible time
