Q

impact of speed on you’re performance:

A
  • positive way
  • if you have a high level of speed you can run from goal to goal quickly and meaning you are able to defend the opponents goal not letting them score and hopefully leading to your team getting possession of the ball

Q

impact of CRE in you’re performance:

A

negative impact if you have low levels of CRE
this means that your body will get more tired and you wont have the energy to chase down your opponent
impact of this is that your opponent can have an easy shot to the basket without you on their back defending them which means they will now be ahead of the game as your intensity has dropped

A

to improve my man to man defence in my team by the end of my PDP.
it is realistic, this means that its not too easy as no improvements will be made if you are not challenged

Q

describe an approach for physical factor:

A

unopposed drills:
who - myself and two others that i partnered up with
where - in the games hall on a full length court
what - the middle person would start with the ball and dribble up the court and then pass to the person on the right or left of him/her. they would then follow the ball to where they passed to until they reach the top of the court, the person who has the ball last would then do a lay up and try and score into the basket
when - we would do this before a basketball match
